- Outdoors life reporter Laura Herberg will reveal Bridge’s brand-new Winter Dreaming Michigan Bucket List
- A few readers who submitted suggestions for the list will make the case for their items
- Herberg will also be available to answer questions from readers about the summer bucket list, which she checked off earlier in the year
Bridge Michigan invites readers to join a free Zoom event at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 29 at which we will reveal the contents of our very first Winter Dreaming Michigan Bucket List!
True Michiganders know there’s no bad weather, only bad gear, and we refuse to let the cold get the best of us. That’s why, for the past few weeks, Bridge has been asking readers, “What’s on your winter bucket list?”
We said your submissions should take place in Michigan, should be able to be done in winter (requiring boots and mittens a plus), and should ideally be more than something to just look at.
At the Oct. 29 virtual event, Bridge Michigan Outdoors Life reporter Laura Herberg will present the full winter bucket list and will be joined by some readers whose submissions ended up on the list. They will get the chance to talk about what makes their item so special.

Herberg will also be available to answer questions about what it was like to spend June through August checking off items on the Michigan Dreaming Ultimate Summer Bucket List.
Please register for the event via Eventbrite to be sent a calendar invitation, including the Zoom link.

We’re looking for things that:
- Take place in Michigan.
- Are able to be done in the winter (bonus points if they require boots and mittens).
- Are ideally more than something you just look at; there’s an activity involved or an interesting backstory.
